HelixBusiness Suite

Your whole business. One system. No reconciling.

Helix runs accounting, inventory, sales, marketing, brand, SEO, administration and legal drafting on a single database. Nothing syncs, because nothing is separate. Deterministic logic runs the numbers. AI does the shuffling. You set the direction.

Just ask HEL.

Same engine as the calculators, only conversational. Ask what a hire costs and get the follow-up answers you would otherwise go digging for.

Live demo: figures use the same 2026–27 tax, super and payroll-tax logic as the standalone calculators.

01

Your software does not have a feature problem. It has an architecture problem.

Every tool you own was built to do one thing, and each one needs its own database to do it. Two tools means an integration. Six means a full-time job making numbers agree.

You are not paying for software. You are paying for the gap between them.

02

One database. Every function standing on it.

Pillar 01

One database, not twelve APIs

The order, the customer, the stock level and the invoice are one set of records. There is no sync, no export, no month spent making two systems agree.

Proof: Every module in the product is built on the same schema, not connected to it.

Pillar 02

Deterministic first, AI second

Algorithms run the numbers as a priority. AI handles intake and outflow around them, and the system watches both ends so its work can be checked against something that was calculated.

Proof: You can trace any figure back to the rule that produced it.

Pillar 03

Your AI, your hardware, your data

We do not supply the intelligence. Point Helix at the model you trust, or run it locally so nothing ever leaves your own servers.

Proof: Full local deployment with locally hosted models.

Pillar 04

Keep what you love

Connectors for Xero, QuickBooks and existing e-commerce, including the Shopify to Xero handoff that breaks everywhere else. Replace the stack at your pace or not at all.

Proof: The connector was built to fix a problem we had ourselves.

03

Start with the free core. Add what you need.

Ledger: accounting

Xero · QuickBooks · or connect to both

The books are already written by the time you look at them.

Every sale, cost and adjustment is already in the ledger, because the ledger is the same database the sale was made in. If you love your accounting software, keep it, the connector handles the Shopify to Xero mess that nobody else has bothered to fix properly.

Vector: inventory

Cin7 at around $2,000 a month

Stock that matches the shelf, on every channel, all day.

One quantity per product, read and written by the store, the POS, purchasing and the accounts at the same moment. Connect your existing e-commerce or sell through the Helix POS.

Orbit: sales & marketing

HubSpot at $1,000+ a month

The pipeline and the campaign reading the same customer.

No list exports, no sync delay, no two versions of the same contact. What the customer bought and what you sent them are the same record, so the follow-up is right without anyone stitching it together.

People: payroll & HR

Payroll software and the HR folder

The people who do the work, on the same records as the work.

Payroll, hours, entitlements and the paperwork that goes with employing someone, sitting against the same jobs and costs the rest of the business is reading.

Clerk: email & documents

Missive · shared inboxes · your filing system

Every message and document sitting against the record it belongs to.

Administration is not an inbox. It is correspondence, paperwork and approvals attached to a customer, an order or a job, findable a year later without anyone remembering who sent what.

Accord: legal

Templates, and the hour you spend editing them

Drafting that starts from your contracts and your position.

Agreements, terms and letters drafted against your own precedents and the actual records in the system, not a generic template that has never met your business. A person still reviews and signs.

Social & brand

Scheduling tools and a content calendar

Creative work that knows what is in stock and what is selling.

Planning, drafting and scheduling that draws on live product and sales data rather than a spreadsheet someone updated last Tuesday.

SEO

Agency retainers and keyword tools

What is working, what is not, and what to do on Monday.

Visibility, rankings and content gaps read against your real catalogue and real revenue, so the recommendations are ranked by what they are worth to you.

POS

A separate terminal and its own stock file

Sell in the room, and the stock is already gone.

Take payment in person and the inventory, the ledger and the customer record move in the same instant. No end-of-day sync, no second stock file to reconcile.

NDIS

Purpose-built NDIS platforms

Built by a provider, because we are one.

A segment designed for NDIS operations rather than adapted for them, sitting on the same records as the rest of the business. We run our own NDIS customers on it.

Core is free. Every module is licensed on its own, monthly or annually, and you add them when you need them. Pricing is being finalised.

04

What we hold to

One database or it does not count

Integration is a workaround for an architecture that was wrong at the start. Helix keeps one set of records and lets every module stand on it.

Deterministic first

Models and algorithms run the numbers, always, as a priority. AI never gets to decide what something costs.

AI does the shuffling

Intake, sorting, drafting, chasing. The boring movement of information between steps, watched at both ends so you can check it.

Bring your own fuel

We do not build the models. Point Helix at whichever AI you trust, including one running on your own hardware.

Connect, do not rip out

Keep Xero, keep QuickBooks, keep your store. Replacing everything on day one is a project, and projects fail.

Built in a real business

Every feature is tested against live data in a five-brand operation before anybody else sees it.

05

One day you switch it on. Not before you want to.

The goal is full automation on your terms. Run Helix on your own systems, watch what the AI does with your work for a year or more, and turn it on when you trust it.

From there an overseer agent directs the sub-agents in each module on a basis you set, and reports back on your schedule with a log of what it did. The ambition is a business you can run from your phone, talking to your own server, without needing to guide it step by step.

06

Questions worth asking

Can I use one module on its own?+

Yes, though the value compounds. The shared database is the point, so the second module is worth more than the first.

Do you replace Xero?+

Only if you want. There is a connector either way, including for the Shopify to Xero handoff.

Which AI does it use?+

Whichever you point it at, including a model running on your own hardware. We do not supply one.

Can it run entirely on our own servers?+

Yes. Local deployment with local models, so nothing leaves your infrastructure.

Is it built for enterprise?+

Not yet. It is designed for small and mid-sized businesses, and we would rather say so than waste your time.

Will it ever run itself?+

That is the goal, on your timeline. After a year or more of watching it work on your own systems, you can switch on an overseer agent that directs the sub-agents on a basis you set and reports back on a schedule. It is not how the product works today.

How far along is it?+

In build, and in early trials on our own five-brand operation with live data. We are taking a small number of businesses in alongside us.

Helix is the engine. Bring your own fuel.

Start on the free core, add the modules you need, and keep the software you already like. We are in early trials on our own five-brand operation, and we are taking a small number of businesses in alongside us.
