I'm Will. I combine more than a decade of accounting, finance, and business operations experience with software development. I build the tools I once wished existed: practical systems shaped by the reality of how work gets done.

/ 01 · Accounting and finance
I learned how money, reporting, controls, and decisions move through real businesses. The work taught me to find the truth in messy data and make it useful.
/ 02 · Business operations
Finance grew into operations, projects, people, systems, and leadership. I saw where work slows down, where information gets lost, and what teams actually need from their tools.
/ 03 · Software development
Now I turn that experience into software. I build from the problem outward, combining operational judgment with product design, data, automation, and code.

Automation and AI can carry the repetitive work. Judgment, imagination, taste, and responsibility stay human. The point is not to replace what makes the work yours. It is to help you do more of it.

- Completed qualifications
- A degree in biomedicine with a focus on analytics, anatomy, and research, plus a diploma of accounting.
- Online learning
- Countless online mini-courses through DataCamp, edX, and other providers.
- Further university study
- I also started postgraduate data science study at Deakin University and an MBA at CQ University. I left both before completing them.
- Medical school interviews
- I interviewed twice for medical school at the University of Melbourne.
